Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the 4-day and 5-day imperial cities tours?
The 5-day tour adds a night in Rabat, so you see the capital properly instead of passing through, and you reach Chefchaouen rested. The 4-day version skips the night in Rabat.
Is Rabat worth a night?
Yes. Rabat is calm and easy to walk. The Kasbah of the Udayas, the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Chellah ruins fit into one relaxed afternoon.
Do we visit Fes with a guide?
Yes. The Fes medina has thousands of narrow lanes, so a licensed local guide leads the visit of the tanneries, the Bou Inania Madrasa and the craft quarters.
Can we fly home from Fes instead?
Yes. Fes-Saïss airport has direct flights to several European cities, so we can end the tour there and skip the drive back to Casablanca.
